Confirm with them by finding their cartridge / printer from this list: /universal.html If you find their cartridge / printer, tell them it will work and they can expect 3-7 refills with the black or color kits, and 6-14 refills with the combo kit. If you dont find their cartridge, tell them that the kit will work for them but you are not sure if we have instructions for that specific cartridge / printer. There are VERY FEW cartridges / printers that are not listed yet because as new printers come out we need time to write the instructions for them. Do I need the Universal Epson Resetter? Some newer Epsons have a "smart-chip" in their cartridges, so the printer will not recognize a refilled cartridge. The way around this is to "reset" the chip, using our "Universal Epson Resetter". It will reset ALL smart-chip enabled Epson cartridges.
