Printer will not reset after install Question & Answer

I have a HP Designjet 800. I have installed the my new 110-210-01 and the plotter shows only one tank full, one missing-empty (flashes back and forth) and two others as empty. I have powered down the plotter, unplugged it, and it still will not clear.
