Wrong Chip? Question & Answer

Wrong Chip? M Posted by telajones on 2008-06-09 20:12:18 (read 276 times)
I ordered three bottles of Lexmark E120 Black Toner. I used one bottle right away and used one of the replacement chips in the kit. I recently had to use another bottle of toner and when I replaced the chip my printer would not work. I tried both of the remaining chips from my order and neither one works. I compared the two remaining chips with the one that was working and they are not the same. I replaced to 1st chip and the printer started working again but now I have ink blots on my paper. Clean copies are very important to my job and I need to know if there is anything I can do to correct this situation as soon as possible.
