How does the Jetpak mailer work? Order the Jetpak mailer just like you would any other item from fabprinter.com. (Jetpak mailer contains —postage pre-paid mailing bag, return address label, receipt, instructions for mailing, plastic bag for empty cartridge) Place your empty cartridge into the Jetpak mailer, complete the return address label and deposit it in the mailbox. Each Jetpak is good for one cartridge and one use only. No postage is needed because your Jetpak mailer already includes the postages in both ways between your location and the remanufacturing facility When Jetpak receives the mailer, they will clean and fill the cartridge with their premium quality inks made specifically for your cartridge style. They test and package the cartridge and return it directly to your address on the return label via US mail. The cartridge is carefully sealed in a vapor barrier bag and checked for leaks before shipping. And in most cases, this happens within 24 hours of the time they receive the cartridge. Click here to track it! What is the Uni-Kit Jetpak warranty? Customers using the Jetpak program may return a defective cartridge by placing a defective cartridge as an "extra" cartridge in any Jetpak mailer. Please clearly mark the cartridge as "defective." If you use a large cartridge style, which will not fit in a Jetpak Mailer, we will issue a "Return Mailer." Return Mailers will be sent only to the individual or company originally mailing the Jetpak for processing. Upon receipt, a returned cartridge will be inspected and tested. If found serviceable, it will be repackaged and returned. If the cartridge is found defective and meets all other warranty conditions, the customer will receive either a certificate to recycle another cartridge at no charge or a new mailer (issued for larger cartridge styles only). Since we know that all ink jet cartridges will "wear out" eventually, we do not replace cartridges, which are found to be unserviceable. Warranty will be voided if Jetpak sticker is removed from the cartridge. Cartridges which are more than 75% used may not be returned as a defective.
